Which shipping service provider will deliver my shipment?
Your order will be shipped with DHL, UPS or Amazon Fulfillment (Swiship).
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
All estimated/typical delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These are approximate times and are for reference only.

Processing time begins on the date you place your order. Your order typically takes 1-3 business days to process. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

How much are the shipping costs?
For orders over 59.00 euros we ship free of charge within Germany.
To France and Italy, the shipping cost per product is 19.99 euros.
Please note:
1. Deadline for acceptance of orders
- Orders received before 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin) will be processed the same day.
- Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.
2. Delivery times may be affected during holidays; manufacturers and courier companies restrict their operations during these times. This is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
3. What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, we will refund 50% of your payment once we receive it.
4. Please note that APO/FPO and PO Boxes are not accepted for express shipping.
5. Incorrect address information, customs clearance procedures and other problems may cause delivery delays.
Shipment tracking
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. The email will contain a unique tracking number. The status of your order can be checked by logging in to Log in to iceaglehome.de's "My Account." Click on "My Order" to check your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
After your order has been shipped, it may take a few days for the tracking number to be activated in the courier's system. If the information is unavailable, please try again later. Please be assured that the estimated delivery time remains valid regardless of updates to the tracking page.
Note on taxes
Our customers do not have to pay any import fees, customs duties or VAT (value added tax).
