How do I know if my order was successful?

At the end of each order process, you will be taken to the order confirmation page where you will receive your order number. We will also send you an email in which we will list all the relevant details of your order. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If you have entered your email address incorrectly, contact our customer service on the hotline +49 01777921236 or on the shop email: info@iceagle.eu. Please note that we do not ship to the UK.

Can I see my order details?

If you have registered with iceagle, you can check your current order at any time. You can log in easily using the "iceagle" button. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I change an order later?

We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, it is possible that an order has already been dispatched immediately after confirmation. For this reason, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Can two orders be combined later?

We will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, it is possible that both orders have already been dispatched immediately after confirmation and a combination is no longer possible.

Can I change my data later?

If you have registered with iceagle, you can change your data for future orders at any time. To do this, log in to "iceagle". You will then have the option of changing your address, your registration details and all other data that you have stored with us.

How can I cancel/revoke an order?

With the order confirmation you will receive the cancellation form to return your order. It is important that the goods have already been dispatched. You can then simply click on the link on your order confirmation page or in the invoice email and you will be taken to our cancellation portal where you can download the return label. You will then receive the purchase price back in the same way as you paid for the online purchase.

Can I also order by phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order by telephone. However, if you need advice about our products over the phone, our service team will be happy to help you on +49 01777921236.

My voucher code was not accepted

Check whether you have entered the voucher code correctly. Please note that it is case sensitive. If you are still not successful, please contact our customer service.

Why don’t I get a voucher?

We send vouchers when you first sign up for the iceagle newsletter. Simply sign up for the iceagle newsletter and you won't have to wait long for your first voucher.
