CHICKEN BREAST CAPRESE WITH HOMEMADE WEDGES

  • STEP 1

    Cut the chicken breasts crosswise, spread with pesto and fill with tomato and mozzarella slices. Close and season with pepper.

  • STEP 2

    Place the stuffed chicken breasts on the crispy plate and pour 120 ml of water into the deep tray. Place it in the bottom of the Combi.

  • STEP 3

    Cut the potatoes into wedges and marinate them with spices and oil. Spread the potatoes on the flat tray and place them on top of the combi.

  • STEP 4

    Cook both at “Combi Bake” at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

  • STEP 5

    Then switch to “AIR FRY” and select “Grill Mode”. Place the chicken breast in the top rack and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.

  • STEP 6

    Take everything out of the combi and serve together. Enjoy!
